As Leisure Travel Manager, you’ll oversee the performance and people of our two stores. You’ll work closely with our consultants to support, inspire and elevate their success, while maintaining the exceptional client care and standards.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of highly skilled travel consultants
Oversee daily operations across both offices
Maintain and grow client relationships through service excellence
Monitor KPIs and drive store performance and profitability
Collaborate with suppliers and curate tailored travel solutions
Support marketing and client engagement initiatives
Uphold the high standards and values of the brand

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in leisure travel consulting and people leadership
A natural communicator and relationship builder
Strong commercial acumen with a client-first mindset
Experience with complex itineraries and high-end travel arrangements
Confident managing multi-site operations and teams
Proficiency in Amadeus or similar booking systems is an advantage
