With over two decades of combined travel and recruitment experience, co-directors Susanna Boyd and Anna Pell began The Placement Collective with a desire to refresh the traditional approach to talent acquisition.
They believed there had to be a better way — one that put the human element back into the process and delivered an unmatched experience for clients and candidates alike.
So, they set out to build a recruitment business that would combine their industry expertise with a genuine commitment to people.
