The Opportunity
As a Luxury Leisure Travel Consultant, you will work with a portfolio of engaged clients who are ready to travel. You will use your destination knowledge, product expertise, and passion for travel to create tailored itineraries that exceed expectations while delivering a seamless end-to-end booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design and book tailor-made leisure travel experiences across domestic and international destinations.
Arrange flights, accommodation, luxury resorts, cruises, rail journeys, touring, transfers, travel insurance, and ancillary products.
Provide expert destination advice and recommendations based on clients' travel preferences and budgets.
Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to post-travel follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and referral clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends, destination updates, supplier promotions, and product developments.
Attend supplier presentations, networking events, industry functions, and educational opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales and revenue targets.

About You
Previous experience working as a Leisure Travel Consultant.
Strong knowledge of international destinations, airfares, cruises, touring, and luxury travel products.
Passion for creating memorable travel experiences and delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple bookings while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
A genuine enthusiasm for travel and continuous learning.
