ABOUT THE JOB
Wholesale Account Manager - Auckland
The primary purpose of this position is to generate and engage with business partners (Travel Agents) to build new business for this company, whilst also maintaining existing business.
Responsibilities
Develop new Agent relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
Demonstrate and present the product to new and existing Travel Agents
Strive to meet sales targets to drive business growth month by month whilst being responsible for the achievement of Travel Agent sales targets and personal activity KPIs.
Develop a calling strategy to achieve Agent sales targets for the company and provide weekly sales updates on activities and opportunities.
Maintain existing business through regular engagement - phone / email / zoom / in-store·
Qualifications
You will ideally come from a travel BDM background but travel consultants will be considered
You will be focused, self-motivated
You will have strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
You will be able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
You will be able to work collaboratively with a global team.
Salary on offer is $85 -$90k base plus a substantial bonus and allowances package
