About the Role
In this role, you’ll be fully focused on Special Groups, managing bookings of ten or more passengers through our trade partners. You’ll handle everything from sourcing and quoting to converting and servicing group enquiries, ensuring every itinerary is seamless and on brand.

What You’ll Bring

Strong travel industry experience (ideally 1–2+ years) with confidence in quoting and managing group or tailor-made itineraries

A proactive sales approach — able to build relationships, follow up leads, and convert enquiries

Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple group files at once

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service

Key Details

This is a specialist role focused solely on Special Groups, not general reservations

You’ll need strong commercial understanding, including margins, pricing and itinerary structure

Collaboration with Sales, Product and Ops is essential, but this role fully owns the end-to-end group workflow
