About the Role
As a Reservations Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing bookings from enquiry through to departure. Working closely with travel advisors, suppliers, and clients, you will ensure every booking is handled with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
Manage reservations for luxury island holidays and resort stays
Prepare quotes, confirmations, and travel documentation
Liaise with suppliers to secure availability and special requests
Process amendments, cancellations, and booking changes

About You
Previous experience in a travel reservations, wholesale, or retail travel role
Strong destination knowledge and passion for leisure travel
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously
Strong computer and reservations system skills
