Fares and ticketing specialists, we have an amazing role working for a Global wholesale travel company, you will be part of a great team with only two days in the office and 3 at home.

You will be responsible for

Ticketing flights upon receipt of full payment on the most cost-effective airfares
Reviewing all flight bookings to ensure that the dates and destinations are correct, names are as per passport, transit times are suitable and that all linked bookings are travelling on the same arrangements
Actioning all booking related components of the air product and notifying agents/consumers, including
flight schedule changes, cancellations, name corrections, tickets re-issue, amendments to bookings, OSDR (out of system date range flight options)
Managing the Amadeus Queue System on a daily basis
Processing and managing airline errors, cancellations and fees
Communication and booking maintenance of all changes, amendments to new and existing bookings, direct to agents/consumers and via email
Interpreting contracts for rates and category options and switch selling/upgrading where a best buy can
You will need

Clear and effective communicator both written and verbal
Qualifications in GDS, preferably Amadeus
Must be customer and people focused
Must have attention to detail
Must have completed a travel course minimum Cert3
Must have at least 2 years in travel industry experience
Exemplary time management skills
Team player
Must be able to develop and nurture network contacts
